Larson Davis provides full repair services with products returned within 10 working days of receipt. To return a product for repair or warranty:
- Contact Larson Davis for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization), and provide a description of the problem.
- International customers, contact your distributor (Search by Country)
- Ship the defective product to the provided address
- After receipt at the factory, a fixed price quote will be provided for the repair. Repairs will proceed after the quote is approved. Prompt acceptance of the quote will shorten the overall repair time. If a repair is determined to
be covered by warranty, no authorization is required.
- Product is returned using the shipping method specified in the RMA. For repairs that are covered by the warranty, Larson Davis will pay the return shipping cost.
